1. Delivery Process

We partner with trusted and reputed courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
• You can track your package anytime using the courier company’s website or the tracking link shared with you.

2. Delivery Coverage

• We deliver all over India.
• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹300.
• Orders below ₹300 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹70.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Yes, we support Cash on Delivery for most products.

• Pay in cash only after your order arrives at your doorstep.
• COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000 (for higher amounts, prepaid payment is required).
  
  

4. Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Locations: 5–7 business days
• Remote locations may take a little longer due to courier availability.
  
  

5. Order Dispatch

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed on the same day.
  
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next working day.

6. International Shipping (Optional)
